The East Hillside Community Club:
This club is a neighborhood group that helped to create Patch. Made up of community residents, this group works on problems within the community, heads up a neighborhood watch program, and hosts a well-attended National Night Out Celebration. Many of Patch's original projects were determined by this club. The community club also works with the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation and Police Departments.

Health Equity Project Partners:
Patch has connected with other community organizations such as Health Care Access, Generations Health Care, St. Louis County Health and Human Services, Citizens Federation Northeast, Take Action Minnesota, and local health provider systems to help citizens explore ways to transform the state healthcare system and minimize barriers that people are experiencing in getting their physical, mental, and dental health needs met.

The other members of the collaborative are the College of St. Scholastica , Duluth Community Education, Duluth Parks and Recreation, East Hillside Community Club, Grant Ojibwe and Spanish Magnet School, Grant School PTA, Head Start, and YWCA of Duluth. All of the members are well networked and rooted in the neighborhood and have actively participated in a variety of common initiatives.

St. Paul's Episcopal Church Partnership:
